A remote photoshoot is a professional photo session done using your smartphone, the internet, and a secure app. Your photographer will gently direct you (and your team) in real time, just as they would in person. You get high-quality photos without travel, disruption, or complicated setup.

It’s simple:

• You download a smartphone app (we send you a secure link).

• We connect through a video call using this app (similar to a Zoom call)

• Your photographer guides your poses, angles, lighting, and background.

• Your phone becomes the camera, allowing your photographer to capture beautiful photos without being in the same location.

• Everything is professionally directed; you just show up.

• The photos go straight through the app to your photographer so they can edit them to meet your needs. They do not store on your phone, but within the encrypted app for your peace of mind.

• Your photographer will send you your final photo selection via secure email link once editing is complete.

• At any time during the photoshoot, either party may cancel the session, breaking the connection. In order to reconvene, a new secure code and permission approval are required.

• At no time during any session does the photographer have access to anything else on your phone other than the microphone to communicate with you, and the camera, allowing them the ability to capture photos for you. They are only able to see whatever your camera is pointing at, so you can rest assured that the contents of your smartphone are completely secure at all times. This platform was created specifically for remote photoshoots and cannot be used for any other reason.

No. Any modern smartphone (iPhone or Android), and a strong internet or wifi connection is all you need.
A window for natural light and something to prop your phone - a tripod or even a coffee mug works (as long as there is no coffee in it!) 😉 on is usually all you need.

Yes! The app allows us to capture photos directly from your phone’s camera at a high resolution. We then edit and retouch your selected images just like we would after a traditional photoshoot. Digital files are sent over to you at 300dpi (which is sufficient for use on websites, social media and even print). If you need specific dimensions for any photo, please let us know before editing so we can provide you with photos that you can just plug in and go.

Can you photograph our entire team across multiple locations?

Absolutely. This is one of the biggest advantages of remote photography.
You work with the same photographer no matter where in the world each team member is. This ensures that every team member looks consistent, professional, and on-brand, no matter where they are in the world.

Most individual headshot sessions take 15-20 minutes. A brand session lasts about 60-90 minutes.
Team/joint sessions can be scheduled back-to-back on your company's own dedicated day for maximum efficiency. We provide your company with a dedicated booking link for each team member to conveniently book their sessions when they are available.

Remote photoshoots are relaxed and low-pressure. Many clients say they feel more comfortable in their own environment. Your photographer will gently guide every pose and expression so nothing feels awkward. You can even play your favourite tunes in the background if it helps! We also allow time to grab a quick sip of water or change an outfit, too and are there to answer any questions as we progress through the session.
