In-The-Moment-Coaching sessions are short and to the point so you can clear the block quickly and move forward. This style is perfect for those who are neurodivergent or have a disability which makes traditional sessions more difficult. Express laser coaching sessions are typically 15 minutes, 1:1 and group coaching sessions are 60 minutes. They’re designed to be efficient and easy to fit into busy schedules for those who prefer traditional sessions.

Anything related to branding, marketing, visual storytelling, content planning & creation, strategy, confidence on camera, productivity, or growing your business. If it helps you build your brand, improve your visibility, or communicate with more impact, we can work on it. We can also make introductions if there is a subject you wish to work on that would benefit from someone with that speciality. Please note introductions are just that, and we cannot be responsible for any costs or results.

All group calls are recorded with links placed in a private group that members have access to, and you can submit questions in advance. You’ll still get support even if your schedule is busy or unpredictable.

Yes. Most programs have both full-pay and quarterly or monthly payment options. You can choose whichever makes it easier to fit it into your budget. Laser coaching is the only one which requires payment in full up-front. All coaching programs come with a 30-day peace of mind guarantee. Remember, the business services we offer may be tax deductible. Please check with your accountant to confirm. Our coaching memberships run on a 12-month minimum term. For established clients, we also offer shorter 3, 6, or 9-month individual plans on request. We don't offer one-off sessions because in our experience, real change comes from the consistency and momentum that regular sessions provide.

You’re not alone. Photography coaching includes dedicated camera confidence support, helping you show up naturally and use visuals that reflect your personality without feeling forced. You’ll never be placed in front of a camera without guidance or support.

During group coaching sessions, you’re welcome to choose how you participate. You may actively contribute to the conversation or simply sit back and listen. While you’ll gain the most value from attending with your camera on, we understand that this can feel uncomfortable for some. As long as you’re engaged, you may keep your camera off during group calls if you prefer. We politely request all microphones are kept off unless you are called upon to speak. This helps minimise any distractions for other members.

For 1:1 coaching sessions, we do require cameras to be on. These sessions are conversational, personalised, and involve only you and your coach, allowing for a more connected and effective experience.

All group coaching sessions are recorded and shared within a private group, so you can catch up if you’re unable to attend a session. We understand that life happens and allow up to two missed sessions. If needed, you may also designate a trusted member of your company to attend a session on your behalf.

To protect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, bots or AI assistants are not permitted in any coaching sessions. As sessions are already recorded, bots can be distracting and may compromise the private and confidential nature of the coaching environment. 1:1 Coaching calls are recorded and sent to the individual so they can refer back to it as needed.
