I'm based in North Yorkshire, UK, but work with clients worldwide. Joanne Moorhouse Creative is entirely online for those who prefer, with some services available in-person for those nearby who prefer.

You use your own phone to connect with me through a specialist photoshoot platform that gives me temporary, encrypted access to your camera and microphone, so I can guide you live and capture beautiful photos to simplify your marketing and communications. Photos are saved in an encrypted folder on the platform rather than your device, where I can access them for retouching before delivering them to you via email link.

The image carries my watermark, as the session is about experiencing the process before commiting to a full session if you wish. You can purchase a full-size version without the watermark for a small fee.

Yes. Upgrade within 3 days of your taster and you’ll get £50 off a brand shoot, annual content membership, team photoshoot or corporate photo retainer.

• A 60 to 90 minute session (remote shoots can be split into two shorter ones)

A regular monthly photoshoot membership to keep your photos fresh. You get a 30-minute photoshoot and up to 10 photos each month for 12 consecutive months, so you’re never short of content. You can add call-free coaching for help getting the most from your photos.

Photoshoots take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the year.

Yes, as an add-on for clients in select areas of North Yorkshire. Travel, parking, venue and/or permit costs may be extra.

Final photos are delivered once editing is complete and payment in full has been received. Depending on the time of year, typically it is within 2 weeks of photo selection. If you’re on a payment plan, photos are released in step with the payments you’ve made.

You submit one question at a time through your private coaching portal. Tell me what the question is, what you’ve tried and what result you’d like. I reply with suggestions, questions or examples to try on the next coaching day (Mon, Wed, Fri). Once you’re happy, we close the question and move on to the next one when you are ready. You can reopen any later as all content is securely stored in your private coaching portal.

Coaching responses are made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Messages sent in between are answered on the next of those days in the order they are received. It’s thoughtful coaching, not instant messaging, so it isn’t suited to urgent or same-day needs.

Yes. Call-free coaching can be added to my standard offers, except the free taster photoshoot.

Please keep coaching questions within the coaching platform only. That keeps everything in one private place so nothing gets lost and we can look back and see progression. Questions submitted via email, social media or text will not be responded to as part of your coaching.

No. It’s practical business brand and marketing coaching. While I cannot guarantee results, as outside factors always play a part, the focus is always helping you to progress, simplify your marketing and grow your business without the overwhelm. Coaching is for business owners and professionals, not for individuals without a business.

Cancel in your first 30 days and you owe nothing further. If you’ve paid up front, unused months are refunded if within the initial 30-days, after that you are responsible for completing the full term you select. There are no part-month refunds.

A monthly remote photoshoot retainer for your entire company. Each team member gets access to a private booking link so they can schedule their 15-min photoshoots when it suits them.

A friendly community for business owners, in Thirsk and online. It’s for people who work alone and want good company without the pressure.

Each month you can join in on any or all activities. Each one is offered once a month at different times and days so they can fit into your schedule easier. Choose from the following:

• Online morning coffee and social hour
• In-person lunch and networking
• In-person pub evening
• and Small-biz afternoon

You also get access to the online community for content, accountability and networking, and the early December holiday networking session online.

VIP is £27 a month, in GBP only. You get a table at the small-biz afternoon for on-the-spot coaching and conversations. You can also apply to speak or run masterclasses in the online community. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. There are no refunds.

No. The online community and online sessions are open to everyone. The in-person events are for those commutable to the Thirsk area.

Food, drink and parking are your own responsibility. If a venue charges for the space, the cost is shared between all attendees.

Pay in full or choose a payment plan, in GBP or USD. All payments are made through my secure payment page or link emailed to you directly. UK clients can pay by bank transfer, and everyone can pay by card, wire transfer or through GoCardless if you are looking for a payment plan.

Yes, on most services. Brand shoots can be split into two payments. Longer packages have monthly or instalment options available through GoCardless. Photos and portal access follow the payments made via email.

It’s retried automatically once. If it still fails, portal access is paused until it’s paid. Please get in touch early if something changes. I’d much rather talk it through.

I don’t believe in locking people in beyond their chosen term length, so coaching and photography contracts never roll over on their own. If you’d like to continue, contact [email protected] at least 30-days before your contract ends and we’ll sort it so there is no interruption in your subscription.

I work Monday to Friday afternoon and evenings. Photoshoots happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Coaching days are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Weekends are for relaxing and family so no business happens over the weekend except for an occasional 1 hour Saturday morning slot for VIP coaching clients by appointment.

The office is closed from 7 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 for my annual holiday, and I’m back on 4 January. There are no photoshoots in December, but I am open the first week for last minute questions, coaching and onboarding for the new year. You can pre-book January sessions any time in December and pay 2026 rates.

Please don’t share any copyrighted material without written permission from Joanne Moorhouse Creative. Photos without watermark are yours to use within your business once purchased. Any watermarked photos may be shared online along with a tag or copytight credit given to Joanne Moorhouse Creative, but the watermark may not be removed. I take copyright seriously, and any copyright infringment is dealt with accordingly.
